Why restore No. 23?
Historic trolleys like No. 23 are no longer available.  They are in great demand from communities through out the world.  Waiting lines exist for the opportunity to obtain the few operating trolleys left.  It speaks to be preserved.

No. 23 will be restored as a vintage operating trolley using modern technology tucked into an authentic original coach and interior.
