Chapter meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, 7:00 pm at the Glenwood Railroad Museum (in the Glenwood Springs train station), 413 East 7th Street. Since the Amtrak station closes at 5:00 pm, use the outside stairs down to the passenger loading platform and walk to the big white door in the east end of the station.
WeCo publishes a monthly newsletter, the Roaring Fork Foamer, updating members on recent activities and upcoming events. For a PDF of the current issue, email janandpat@sopris.net .
The historic Cardiff Schoolhouse is now available to the public. The 1889 building, which served as a school until 1947, is a perfect gathering place for small to medium groups. For more information contact Marice Doll at 947-1389 or MAD1@sopris.net. |
